Truly flawless! Before, I was getting 10mbpc to 15mbpc, but now I'm seeing speeds of 65mbpc to 75mbpc. What a difference!

I recently purchased the Cat 6 router from this company. Aside from a bit of a tricky SIM card slot, the router provides faster and more reliable speeds on our sailboat compared to a traditional router or phone. This has allowed us to have consistent video calls for work. There was a minor issue connecting to EE that needed some different protocol settings than what came by default. Tammy from customer support was super quick to help with my question, and it seems to be all sorted now. I’d definitely recommend it. Just wish they had a version with 2 modems, that would be fantastic.

Decent quality equipment. Getting support can be a bit of a hassle, so if you're planning to do anything beyond just setting up a simple open Wi-Fi plan, have them handle the setup for you and be sure to communicate your goals clearly. It usually takes a day or two, or even longer, to get an appointment, and you’ll need to pick from the times they offer. There’s no phone support available right now, even though there’s a number listed on the site. Once they get going, they really put in the effort to assist you.

The site appears decent and has a UK address. It states that items are shipped from London.

However, I just received a tracking number indicating that my order is set to be picked up from China by FedEx.

I've reached out via email to cancel my order since this situation doesn't inspire any confidence, and I can't endorse this service at all.

This router has been super dependable. The only hiccup we faced was when our mobile provider chose to block our SIM because of excessive data use. The router showed a message saying 'SIM disabled,' but the support team for the Outdoor Router was incredibly helpful and guided me to identify the issue. After reaching out to our mobile provider, they lifted the block on the SIM, and everything started working smoothly again.

This product has been pretty good for us. We've had it on our sailing boat for about 9 months now. The support team was helpful when we first got it, answering our basic questions.

We've been able to get internet service as far as 12 nautical miles from shore, and it has worked without any problems. The speed is decent, and the WiFi connection is reliable.

Setting it up is quite straightforward. The technical interface might look a bit daunting, but honestly, you only need to adjust three main settings.

Since this is a hybrid product aimed at both commercial and consumer use, having an 'easy set-up mode' would be a nice touch. However, for a small fee, they can handle the setup for you in just a few minutes.
